How does your design process work?
Four phases: discovery and strategy, design, build, launch. You review and sign off each one before the next begins, and the price is fixed before the first.
How long does a typical project take?
Website projects run four to seven weeks, focused UI/UX five to seven. A full design-and-build engagement runs seven to thirteen weeks across four phases, with a milestone plan and dates before we start.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both. Funded startups and small companies that have outgrown a freelancer. No account managers between you and the work.
Can you handle custom or complex requests?
Yes. Booking platforms, pricing engines, back-office tools and integrations are most of what we build. Real Deal and Aventurova show the shape of it.
Are you a US-based company?
Yes. NeoDimensional LLC is registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We work across every US time zone with daily EST–PST overlap, and all contracts and invoices are in USD.
UI/UX Design, answered.
The four questions we hear most before UI/UX Design work.
What does a UI/UX design agency do?
It researches how your users decide, designs the flows and screens they use, and hands your developers a system they can build from. A good one also stays involved while the product is built, so the design survives contact with engineering.
How do I choose a UI/UX design agency in the USA?
Ask to see products that are live, not only mockups; ask who will do the work; and ask for a fixed price in writing. An agency that also builds removes the handoff where most design drifts.
Should I hire a UI/UX agency or a freelancer?
A freelancer suits a small, well-defined design task. An agency suits a product that needs research, a design system and engineering, because one team carries it end to end and the work does not stall if one person is away.
Do we need an existing product?
No. About half our design work starts from a brief and a competitor list. If you do have a product, we start from its analytics and the flows people abandon.
Who owns the Figma files?
You do. Everything is delivered in your own Figma workspace, with the design system documented so your team — or another agency — can extend it.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. We hand off tokens, components and redlines, and we stay available during the build to answer questions and review the result against the design.
Do you design mobile apps as well?
Yes — native-feeling iOS and Android product design is its own service page, with the same process and the same team.
Web Development, answered.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?
Yes. On WordPress you get the editor you know; on Next.js we wire a headless CMS so copy, images and new pages never need a developer.
How fast will it be?
We build to a performance budget and report the numbers before launch. Static rendering, image optimisation and no page-builder bloat are the defaults, not add-ons.
Do you handle hosting?
We set up hosting in your own account, so you are never locked in, and we can manage it for you on a retainer if you prefer.
How long does a website take?
Focused marketing sites run 4–7 weeks from kickoff. Larger sites with custom features follow the 7–13 week full-build timeline.
Mobile App Design, answered.

Do you build the app too?
We design it, and when you also need it built we scope the engineering as custom software with the same team, so nothing is lost between design and code.
iOS and Android?
Both, from one design system — with platform-specific patterns where they matter, like navigation and permissions.
How do you test before development?
With a tappable prototype on real devices. It is the cheapest moment to change a flow, so we use it.
Do you prepare App Store assets?
Yes — screenshots, previews and the icon set are part of the handoff when you need them.

Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, hosting and third-party accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Who hosts and maintains it?
It runs in your own accounts. We can operate it for you on a retainer, or hand it to your team with documentation.
How long does a build take?
Most full builds run 7–13 weeks across the four phases. We give you a milestone plan with dates before we start.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes, after an audit. We tell you honestly whether to extend it or rebuild, and what each path costs.
AI Development, answered.

Which models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and the budget — usually OpenAI or Anthropic models through their APIs, chosen per task and swappable later.
Is our data used to train models?
No. We use the providers' API terms that exclude training, and your data stays in your own accounts and databases.
How do you keep it accurate?
With an evaluation set built from your real cases, retrieval over your own documents, and guardrails that make it decline rather than guess.
What does it cost to run?
We give you a per-request cost model before launch and monitoring after it, so the bill is never a surprise.
SEO & Growth, answered.

When will we see results?
Technical fixes show within weeks. Rankings for competitive terms take three to six months. We report every two weeks so you see the trend, not just the end.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No one honestly can. We commit to the work, the reporting, and telling you early if something is not moving.
Do you write the content?
Yes, with your input on what is true about your business — and we never publish claims we cannot back.
Do you do local SEO?
