How a booking works

From the cruise port to the keys.

What a visitor does on the Real Deal and Aventurova platforms, and what the system does at each step.

  1. Picks the dates

Dates and pickup come first, so a guest never picks a vehicle that is not free. Real Deal's pickup points include the airport and the cruise port.

  2. Sees what is free

Every vehicle is priced for those exact dates. On Aventurova, a machine that is out shows when it comes back, so the guest can book the afternoon instead of leaving.

  3. Adds the extras

Optional add-ons and protections, each priced per day or one-off, with a running total of rental, tax, deposit and what is due now.

  4. Pays online or at the desk

Online through Mollie, or cash and card at the counter, reconciled into one balance per booking.

  5. Signs for every charge

The rental agreement is generated as a signed PDF that names the rental, each protection and each add-on.

  6. The counter runs the day

Pickups and returns, fleet and maintenance, contracts, staff scheduling and reports, in the same system that took the booking.

Hotels and tour desks can send guests through referral links: the booking is attributed automatically, and commission is paid on the rental, never on tax.

All questions
Have you worked with businesses in Aruba?

Yes. We designed and built the booking platforms for Real Deal Car Rental and Aventurova, both live in Aruba and in daily use. Real Deal's owner reviewed us on Clutch with 5.0: "Guljar and his talented team developed three professional booking software systems and designed and developed more than four outstanding websites."

Can you build a booking system for my rental or tour business?

Yes. The Aruba platforms we run handle seasonal pricing, live availability, add-ons and protections, payments online and at the desk, signed rental agreements, referral links for hotels and tour desks, and the back office. Custom software starts at $2,999; the final price is fixed in writing after a 30-minute call.

What does a website cost?

$1,599 for up to 5 pages, $1,999 for up to 8 and $2,999 for up to 30, designed in Figma and built in WordPress or React by the same team. The price is fixed in writing before work starts.

We are in Aruba and you are not. How does that work?

Every project starts with a 30-minute call and runs in four phases, and nothing moves on until you sign off the phase before it. We reply within 2 business hours (9am–6pm EST).

Which company do we contract with, and in which currency?

NeoDimensional LLC, a US company registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Contracts and invoices are in USD: half to start and half at launch.

How long does it take?

Websites usually take 4 to 7 weeks. A full design and build usually takes 7 to 13 weeks across four phases.

Can you help visitors find us on Google?

Every website ships with on-page SEO, and the Business website includes Analytics and Search Console setup. SEO as a monthly service is $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 a month.

Who owns the website?

You do. The code, the design files and the accounts are in your name from day one, and defects in what we built are fixed for 30 days after launch.
