What a UI/UX design agency should deliver
You hire a UI/UX agency to make a product people understand the first time they use it. That takes more than good-looking screens: it takes research into how your users decide, flows that remove the steps where they drop off, and a system your developers can build from without guessing.
If a proposal stops at polished mockups, you are buying the easy half. The expensive problems show up in the states nobody designed: empty screens, errors, slow connections, a user with no data yet.
- User research and the flows that lead to action
- Wireframes and a clickable prototype, tested before polish
- High-fidelity screens with every state designed
- A design system and a developer-ready handoff
Design and engineering in one team
Most agencies hand the design to someone else to build, and the product drifts from the design in the gap between them. Ours does not have that gap: the people who design your product are the people who build it.
Real Deal Car Rental and Aventurova, two booking platforms live in Aruba, were designed and built by the same team. Pricing engines, online and counter payments, back offices: designed as one system and shipped as one.
Still comparing? Our guide to the best UI/UX design agencies in the USA sets nine firms side by side, including the ones that would suit you better than we would.
Proof you can check
Our Real Deal work carries a verified 5.0 review on Clutch, and both Aruba platforms are live for anyone to use. You do not have to take a case study on trust.

Price, timeline and terms
We design and build together: a website designed in Figma and built in WordPress or React is $1,599 for up to five pages, $1,999 for up to eight and $2,999 for up to thirty. Software starts at $4,999. A website runs four to seven weeks; a full product build runs seven to thirteen.
The price is fixed in writing before work starts. You sign off each phase before the next one begins, pay 30% to start, 40% at review and 30% at launch, and get 30 days of fixes after launch.
