Peek Pro is booking software built for tours and activities, with no monthly subscription and a fee on online bookings instead. Operators look for a Peek alternative when that fee grows with their sales, when the reported rate is hard to pin down, or when their business no longer fits a timed-activity model. Here are the options, and how to choose between another platform and a system of your own.
Key takeaways
- Peek does not publish its pricing. Public comparisons report booking fees of up to 6% to 8% on online bookings, plus card processing.
- Like FareHarbor, the fee is often passed to the guest at checkout.
- The closest platforms are FareHarbor (per booking) and Bókun (monthly plan with a smaller booking fee).
- A booking system built for you has no booking fee and follows your rules, not a platform's settings.
- NeoDimensional builds custom booking systems from $6,999, priced in writing before work starts.
What Peek reportedly charges
Peek lists its pricing as available on request. Public comparisons in October 2026, several of them written by competing platforms, report no monthly subscription and a booking fee of up to 6% to 8% on online bookings, with card processing charged separately. Some report add-ons such as channel management as extra monthly charges.
Because the rate is set per business, the only reliable number is the one in your own quote. Ask Peek for it in writing, with every add-on listed, before you compare.

When the problem is fit, not price
Peek and FareHarbor are designed around a slot: a tour at 10am, twelve seats, a per-person price. Many businesses are not shaped like that. A rental priced by season and length of stay, a UTV that rents in four- and eight-hour packages only in daylight, a transfer priced by route and vehicle size, a deposit taken online and the balance at the desk. Each can be approximated in a platform's settings, and each approximation is a job someone does by hand.
If your shortlist of complaints is mostly about price, compare platforms. If it is mostly about rules, compare a platform with your own system.
A system of your own
Aventurova, a Jeep and UTV rental company in Aruba, runs on a booking system we built. Guests pick dates first, then see only machines that are free, with a real total before they commit, in six steps. Payments go through Stripe, live on real money since September 2026, alongside cash and card at the desk, with refunds back to the card and payment links staff can send.
Hotels and tour desks earn commission through referral links that attribute bookings automatically. A public price feed means a partner's page can never show a price the booking page would not honour. None of it carries a fee on each booking.

How to choose
Work out a year of fees on Peek from your own online sales and quote. Multiply by three. If that is well below $6,999, stay on a platform. If it is above, and especially if staff run part of the business outside Peek, a system you own is worth a 30-minute call.
With NeoDimensional the price is fixed in writing before work starts. You pay 30% to start, 40% at review and 30% at launch, to a US company in USD. The code and accounts are yours, with 30 days of fixes after launch.
